Wild Poke

Prep Time: 15 Minutes


Ingredients:
4 portions of your choice of wild Alaskan salmon
½ cup of chopped Green Onions
½ cup of diced White Onion           
1 tbsp. of sesame seeds
½ tbsp. of minced garlic
½ cup of soy sauce
¼ cup of sesame oil
pinch of kosher salt            

 

Instructions:
Poke Sauce-

  1. Mix the minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and kosher salt into a small mixing bowl until it is the same consistency

 
Poke-

  1. Remove the skin from the salmon portion and cut into half-inch cubes
  2. Thinly slice the green and white onions
  3. Place the salmon and onions into a mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp. of sesame seeds and ¼ cup (or more if desired) of Poke Sauce into the mixing bowl.
  4. Gently mix until all cubes of salmon are coated. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes and stir again. Cover and refrigerated until ready to use
