Q: Why do I need to Pre-Order?

A: You are ordering a seasonal product, Copper River Salmon. The salmon will be caught fresh this summer. Pre-ordering will ensure that you receive a part of our delicious catch! Click here to order!

Q: When will I receive my salmon?

A: We will begin fulfilling orders in the order they are received on a first come first serve basis. As soon as the first fish are caught and prepared for shipping we will ship them. Please see our blog post about 2019 Pre-Order for more information.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: On orders under $50 we will ship it anywhere in the US for $9.99. On orders between $50 and $75 we will ship it anywhere in the US for $11.99. On Orders over $75 we will ship it anywhere in the US for FREE!

Q: How do I handle and store my salmon?

A: We visually inspect each package of salmon before we ship it out. To avoid breaking the vacuum seal, which leads to freezer burn, handle with care. Because the salmon is frozen a lot of people think its ok to just dump the whole case in the freezer. It increases the likely hood of breaking a seal. Treat it like the beautiful product that it is!

 Q: The salmon was damaged during transportation, can I return or exchange it?

A: Absolutely! We take pride in our work and if you receive anything short of exceptional we want to make it right. Regardless of who's fault it is, we will happily give you a refund, exchange, or whatever it takes to make it right. We appreciate building the trust of our customers, and will always operate in good faith.
